Plain terms for working together.

Engagements with TR Solutions are fixed-scope and agreed in writing before work starts. What follows is the standard basis — specific projects may add a short statement of work on top.

In plain English

  • Quotes are fixed-scope and given in writing before work starts.
  • Retainers are month-to-month unless agreed otherwise — no lock-in.
  • You own everything: domain, hosting, code and data stay in your accounts.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
  • Either party can end a retainer with 30 days' written notice.
  • Work already delivered stays delivered and stays yours.

The short version, written out.

Scope

Every engagement starts with a written scope: what gets built, what it connects to, and what "done" looks like. If the scope needs to change, it changes in writing first. Extras only happen because you asked for them.

Payment

Fixed-price work is invoiced as agreed in the quote. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. One-off audits are billed on delivery of the roadmap. Late payments may pause scheduled work until resolved.

Ownership

Everything built lives in your accounts — your hosting, your repos, your data. No hostage handovers. If we stop working together, what was built keeps running.

Confidentiality

Business details shared during an engagement stay confidential and are not disclosed to third parties. Mutual NDAs are available on request before scoping calls.

Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. TR Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Integrations depend on third-party systems outside our control — where a vendor API changes, we fix forward on agreed terms.

Ending things

Either side can end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Fixed-price work can be ended by agreement, with payment for work completed to that point. No hard feelings — long-term trust matters more than any single invoice.

Something unclear? Ask before signing anything.

If any of this doesn't make sense for your situation, say so on the contact form — the terms should fit the work, not the other way around.
